Overview :

DES Employment Group is currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Production Associate to join our client’s team in Indianola, IA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a clean, organized, and supportive production facility to train in an Optical setting.

Monday-Friday

7am-3 : 30pm

$15.40 / hr full time no weekends

$600 gross weekly

Key Responsibilities :

• Manually load and unload lenses into assigned surfacing machinery.
• Visually inspect lenses post-processing to ensure clarity and quality standards are met.
• Clean lenses carefully to remove any debris or residue from the surfacing process.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Assist team members in other areas of the lab as needed.
• Stand for the duration of the shift (8 hours) in a fast-paced production environment.
• Comfortable learning data entry for machines and detail oriented.
