Job Description :
Garrett Technologies is seeking a versatile electrical engineer to create innovative solutions for a diverse range of products.
The job will require full life-cycle design and development of electronic products including requirements definition, circuit design, schematic capture, PCB Layout, embedded firmware development, integration, and testing.
In this role, you will provide engineering expertise to design and develop electronic products for the medical, consumer, and industrial markets.
You will work in small teams or independently to execute contract engineering projects for a variety of clients.
Qualifications :
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years’ experience in full life-cycle product development
Experience with microcontrollers, digital and analog electronics, and PCBA design using Altium required.
Possess good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work in a team environment along with the ability to interface effectively with offsite clients and team members.
Ability to plan and manage tasks to deliver projects on schedule.
Embedded firmware development experience, medical device experience, and experience designing wireless communications products or motor control products is a plus.
