The Opportunity

EY's Oracle Services practice is a national consulting practice that assists in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. We provide clients with experience in leading practices, methods and resources using Oracle's applications and technology. The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives with experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in the HCM space. Our Oracle Services HCM group supports design, configuration and implementation of HCM Application Solutions and advises clients to help understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business.

Your Role

As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluating business models, eliciting requirements, and ensuring technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
  • Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
  • Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
  • Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Collaborate with client business and technology professionals, and / or third-party strategic alliances to implement technology solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to implement and configure software
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
  • Interact effectively with finance and technology executives as well as end users and subject matter experts
  • Analytical thinking and decision-making with understanding of policies
  • Guide and develop junior team members
  • Proven track record of complex problem-solving and relationship management
  • To Qualify

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions
  • 4+ years of overall IT project implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM (Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management)
  • Experience as Project Manager / module Lead / SMR in large, multi-geography transformations and HCM deployments (US experience required)
  • Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably with a coexistence model
  • Proficiency in understanding business requirements and advising on HCM technology deployments
  • Excellent knowledge of HCM application features and aligning HR needs with best practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client
  • Ideal Additional Qualifications

  • MBA or MS degree preferred
  • Oracle Cloud HCM
  • ADP experience preferred
