Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the annual global cash tax forecasting process.
• Provide expert tax-related insights and structuring advice for M&A activities and internal restructurings.
• Formulate and implement tax planning strategies across various jurisdictions.
• Address inquiries from foreign tax authorities during tax audits.
• Manage quarterly testing related to real estate investment trust (REIT) compliance.
• Conduct thorough research on tax issues utilizing resources such as BNA Tax Management Portfolios.
