Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizes the payroll and time and attendance systems to answer questions, process payroll, review / update information and resolve issues for employees and managers.
  • Ensures garnishments are submitted to UKG Pro timely and review all entered garnishments and calculations for accuracy.
  • Sets up and processes various earnings and deductions requests / spreadsheets accurately and timely.
  • Troubleshoots data related issues in both UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions.
  • Generates manual checks in atimely and accurate manner.
  • Ensures all payroll checks are distributed timely to the field.
  • Researches and resolves payroll related inquiries from employees and management.
  • Fully participates and ensures success of various projects as assigned.
  • Demonstrates strong focus on team work and initiatives as well as manages independent work load.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree; and a minimum 3-5 years' experience in high volume payroll are required.

    • Other Qualifications

  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Must possess strong customer service skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
