A company is looking for a Program Manager to join their team and assist schools and districts in implementing and optimizing their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support post-launch, including training and troubleshooting
Manage and support implementation projects with new customers
Assist in business development efforts to attract new clients and expand existing relationships
Required Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in K-12 education operations or administration
Experience in customer support and project management
Quantitative skills for data analysis and presentation
Comfort with sales and marketing activities
Legal ability to work in the US and willingness to work continental US hours
