Lead Mechanic Role The primary function of the Lead Mechanic is to oversee and coordinate the activities of an Automotive technician team. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and prioritize the workload of the Mechanic team, assigning tasks and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in automotive vehicles and equipment.
Qualifications :
A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Mechanic, with demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing Automotive engines and related systems.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
