Certified - Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Job Details :
- Provide anesthesia services across multiple specialties including general, orthopedics, trauma, plastics, neurosurgery, pediatrics, endoscopy, robotics, gynecology, and ENT
- Shift hours : 8-hour shifts (6 : 30-3pm) or 10-hour shifts (6 : 30-5pm), with possible 12-hour shifts (6 : 30am-7pm)
- Must have at least 1 year experience by time of credentialing completion
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and post-operative assessments
- Develop and implement anesthetic plans and obtain informed consent
- Perform general anesthesia for adult, pediatric, and trauma patients
- Administer spinal anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care (MAC)
- Manage airways and place invasive monitoring (CVP / CVC, intra-arterial lines)
- Work in a medical direction model with 2 : 1 or 3 : 1 anesthesiologist to CRNA ratio
- Handle complex cases including neurosurgical (head / spine), thoracic, and complex orthopedic procedures
- Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, and PALS
- PA license required (IMLC not accepted)
- Credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days
- DEA license not required for CRNAs in PA
Compensation :
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
