Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess energy efficiency needs.
  • Present tailored solutions including solar, roofing, HVAC, and more.
  • Educate homeowners on cost-saving benefits and state-backed incentives.
  • Perform basic roof and home inspections.
  • Manage client relationships from consultation through installation.
  • Generate referrals and self-sourced opportunities in addition to company leads.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team sales meetings.

    • Qualifications

  • Passion for helping homeowners save money and improve their homes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive hands-on training is provided.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and financially driven.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to complete roof / home inspections.

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • First-Year Income Potential : $150K–$200K.
  • Second-Year Income Potential : $300K+.
  • Uncapped commissions plus bonuses for referrals and self-generated leads.
