Position Summary :

The Multi-Trade General Foreman is responsible for overseeing all site field activities across multiple disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, civil, and piping trades. This role provides day-to-day leadership and coordination of multiple foremen and crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-trade experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage manpower, schedules, and performance on active industrial projects.

This is a local, on-site position in Casper, Wyoming. Preference will be given to candidates who reside in the area or within a reasonable commuting distance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate activities of multiple trade foremen and craft personnel on site.
• Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules and productivity targets.
• Lead daily coordination meetings with trade foremen to align scope, priorities, and safety objectives.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with CAM and client policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and field productivity; proactively identify and address issues or delays.
• Collaborate closely with site leadership, client representatives, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Review and approve timecards, material requisitions, and job progress reports.
• Support scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting to the Site Manager or Construction Manager.
• Mentor, develop, and evaluate foremen and craft workers to foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Lead by example in promoting CAM's core values and commitment to excellence.
