RN Responsibilities :

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

Administer medications and treatments accurately

Monitor and assess resident conditions, reporting changes promptly

Document care and communicate effectively with team members

Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications :

Active RN license in the State of Ohio (Required)

Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but not required

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality care
