Clinical Science Specialist – Structural Heart Therapy

Maple Grove, MN | Full-Time | Medical Device – Structural Heart

We’re recruiting a Clinical Science Specialist to support the development of an innovative transcatheter mitral valve replacement (TMVR) therapy, currently in pivotal clinical trials.

This role is hands-on and cross-functional, ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex clinical and scientific data into clear, meaningful communication and helping drive programs that make a real difference for patients with mitral valve disease.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting clinical and preclinical studies, working closely with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams.
Reviewing and summarising scientific literature and clinical data related to mitral valve disease and competitor devices.
Preparing, editing, and reviewing scientific documents, abstracts, and presentations.
Collaborating with physicians and investigators to ensure accurate, high-quality scientific content for conferences and publications.
Managing a global calendar of scientific meetings, abstract submissions, and presentation opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in a life sciences or biomedical field.

Experience in medical / scientific writing, data analysis, or clinical research.

Familiarity with cardiovascular anatomy, structural heart disease, and endovascular interventions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly.

Well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working independently.
