We’re looking for individuals who prioritize doing things the right way, enjoy collaborating with a team, and take pride in serving customers.

Responsibilities and Duties Primary responsibilities include consistently delivering outstanding customer service , ensuring workplace safety, assisting with cash handling, and general upkeep of the wash site – including cleaning, stocking, and basic site / equipment maintenance.

Essential job functions include showing up on time for each shift, keeping a positive and proactive attitude with customers and coworkers, recording sales, shift clock-in / out, and accurately scanning / handling products when needed.

Team members will be expected to :

• Promote and explain wash packages, memberships, and promotions.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Soapatopia’s App and other technology in use.
• Follow Company guidelines on age-restricted product sales (if applicable).
• Assist with light site maintenance, trash removal, vacuum upkeep, and ensure a clean, safe wash environment.
• Must be able to handle lifting up to 35 pounds of product or supplies at any given time.
• CSAs will perform a variety of tasks throughout their shifts to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• CSAs report to a Management Team, which may include Leads, Assistant Managers, Managers, and Supervisors.   Qualifications and Skills We hire for attitude and train for success !
• While prior experience is helpful, it’s not required.
• GED or High School Diploma is recommended.
• A strong desire to provide friendly, helpful, and professional service to every customer.
• Must maintain required permits / licenses depending on city regulations (if applicable).
• Good communication, organization, and general math skills recommended.
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
