Role Overview

Join our Greenwood, IN facility on 3rd shift to set up and operate a press brake, forming custom parts to exact blueprint and work-instruction requirements.

Core Accountabilities

• Interpret blueprints and operation sheets to determine setups and forming sequences.
• Execute standard bends, offsets, and large-radius forming.
• Inspect output using calipers (dial / vernier), micrometers, squares, and height gauges.
• Follow AQL and work instructions; report dimensional issues to a supervisor or setup lead.
• Maintain accurate tallies for good / scrap parts and complete production paperwork.
• Enter and maintain data in the Traverse Manufacturing System.
• Keep tooling and gaging organized; promptly report equipment problems and maintain a clean, safe work area.
