Role Overview
Join our Greenwood, IN facility on 3rd shift to set up and operate a press brake, forming custom parts to exact blueprint and work-instruction requirements.
Core Accountabilities
- Interpret blueprints and operation sheets to determine setups and forming sequences.
- Execute standard bends, offsets, and large-radius forming.
- Inspect output using calipers (dial / vernier), micrometers, squares, and height gauges.
- Follow AQL and work instructions; report dimensional issues to a supervisor or setup lead.
- Maintain accurate tallies for good / scrap parts and complete production paperwork.
- Enter and maintain data in the Traverse Manufacturing System.
- Keep tooling and gaging organized; promptly report equipment problems and maintain a clean, safe work area.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Minimum 1 year of related experience / training.Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions.Strong math skills with units, fractions, decimals, and whole numbers.Proficiency reading blueprints / operation sheets and translating into machine setups.Experience setting up / operating a press brake and maintaining data in the Traverse Manufacturing System.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Compensation & Benefits
