Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professionals in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Data Collection : Unit Information : Location Address : Building : 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Floor : 2nd General Information : Number of Beds - 3, Number of Staff – 85, Type of staff : Day Shift – (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters, Night Shift - 1 charge nurse, 9 nurses, 3 PCT (CNA), 2 sitters Patient Ratios – 4 : 1 occasional 5 : 1 when critical comes in to trauma room Type of equipment – Philips monitors, EMR - EPIC Typical hiring profile : Skill Set Most recruited for : Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Please include required certs Experience no less than 2 years of current ED experience. BLS required ACLS required TNCC required PALS preferred Must pass EKG exam Target Start Date : ASAP Shift times : 7 p - 7 : 30 a Call Requirements : no call Weekends : Every other weekend Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
