Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with Active License In Ohio
  • 2+ years of experience in a Long Term Care setting

    • Responsibilities for DON :

  • not a complete list of all responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to the nursing staff and manage all nursing personnel operations.
  • Supervise and conduct performance appraisals, provide mentorship, and take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Ensure the nursing department and facility comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards
