Role : Workday Techno - Functional Project Manager
Location : Coppell, TX - oniste
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of HRIS / IT project management experience
- 5+ years hands-on Workday implementation or process design experience
- Deep SME knowledge across multiple Workday modules (Core HCM mandatory; Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Learning strongly )
- Strong experience in global HR process harmonization and standardization projects
- Proven experience managing global stakeholders, vendors, and SI partners
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills
- PMP, Prince2, or Workday certification .
