Electrical Engineer

Pay rate : $45 / hr

Duration : 6 Months with possible extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Preference will be given to candidates with electrical engineering knowledge of power and controls within the utility industry related to the design and installation of natural gas pipelines, compressor stations and

process equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and evaluate systems, process, or facilities to support Company objectives.
• Develop electrical engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments.
• Determine and implement methods and techniques for obtaining electrical engineering design results.
• Guide and direct associate level engineers, technicians and electrical CAD designers.
• Recommend alternative solutions to management in area of specialty on engineering solutions to meet business needs.
• Deliver on commitments and manage outside engineering services by direct communication to accomplish the assigned work.
• Analyze and design engineering methods. Including e􀆯ective analytical and problem-solving
• skills. Candidate should have critical thinking and decision-making skills to develop and present technical recommendations.
