IDR is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our top clients in Sacramento, California. This role is pivotal in supporting high-priority initiatives within the Food & Nutrition Services department by maintaining and enhancing operational databases and dashboards. Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Data Analyst :

  • Engage in data collection, cleaning, validation, and transformation across various food management and operational databases.
  • Support system-wide projects through comprehensive analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and performance reports to ensure continuity during a temporary leave.
  • Identify trends and insights to aid in business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.

Required Skills for Data Analyst :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large datasets accurately.
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable operational insights.
