Experience :

• 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Intensive Care Unit experience within the past 4 years.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Previous Employment Requirements : If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.

Unit / Facility Details :

Shift & Scheduling : D / N rotate, every other weekend and holiday.

Floating Requirements : Will need to be willing to float down to Tele and possibly to ER. Will be pulled to CCU when needed.

Resume : Each employment history entry must include all the following : detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Eligibility as Current / Previous Employee : Must take full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society location as well.
