Description : Responsible for overseeing the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of IBM Maximo systems to support asset management and operational efficiency. They analyze data, develop reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and ensure system integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide support services for processing customer maintenance and repair requests.
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) reviews of Maximo data entered by RCC personnel.
• Design, develop, and implement QA reports to evaluate data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop training regimens based on common data entry errors.
• Maintain and update RCC Business Management Systems (BMS) documentation.
• Develop, validate, and modify Desk Guides and coordinate SOPs with Public Works Departments (PWDs).
• Assist RCC Supervisor in policy and procedure development.
• Prepare and analyze complex metrics reports to track call volume and efficiency.
• Train management assistants and evaluate office productivity for process improvements.
• Overtime : Authorized, up to 72 hours / year.
• Travel : May be required for SOP development and training at other NAVFAC locations.
• Emergency relocation to NAS Pensacola may be required for up to 30 days.
