Key Responsibilities
Enforce content guidelines by moderating flagged content and responding to tickets related to various issues
Efficiently manage moderation queues while maintaining accuracy in handling a large volume of tickets
Monitor key operational metrics to ensure team compliance with SLAs and suggest improvements to policies and procedures
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, content moderation, or a similar fast-paced role
Ability to handle high volumes of sensitive content and make quick decisions
Alignment with the principles of free speech and content moderation philosophy
Proficiency with moderation tools and internal enforcement systems
Independent, proactive, and capable of driving work forward under pressure
