Key Responsibilities :

  • Enforce company safety policies in alignment with OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular job site inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and field staff to foster a culture of safety and accountability.
  • This position will work in support of the Project team and be responsible for the project safety oversight
  • Construction Safety Professionals that understand the Teach, Coach, Train concept of Safety Leadership will fit the best
  • Complete and document safety audits of the job site each week to ensure compliance with all site-specific and corporate safety policies
  • Investigate all incidents and safety hazards working closely with all management to bring them to a positive resolution
  • Ensure that all recommendations for safety improvements are brought to the Site team and made in a timely manner
  • Ensure that all company, site, and OSHA standards are adhered to
  • Complete and submit all site safety documentation as required for the project
  • Complete all necessary Safety documentation as needed
  • Hands on training
  • Fall protection
  • Proper use of safety equipment
  • Implement safety program and solution.
  • Have the ability to connect with the crews.
  • Inspections and Audits

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in safety management within the construction industry.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; OSHA 510 / 500 preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSP or CHST are advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
