Salary : $95K - $120K annually + Profit-Sharing Bonus
Job Summary
The Construction Safety Specialist will play a vital role in supporting and enforcing our safety programs across high-hazard job sites throughout our Construction Division. This position will serve as a field-level expert in hazard recognition, mitigation, and safety compliance, especially as it relates to Construction Operations and managing subcontractor safety performance. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive safe practices in dynamic environments, including excavation, confined spaces, trenching, utility strikes, and high-risk mechanical operations.
