Upcoming Opportunity

We are excited to share an upcoming opportunity for a Showroom Manager to lead our Chicago, IL team. This role, which is anticipated to begin in November / December 2025 , combines leadership, sales strategy, and design inspiration to deliver an exceptional client experience and drive showroom success. We welcome early applicants who are interested in being considered when the position becomes active.

What Youll Do

  • Lead and inspire the showroom team to provide exceptional service.
  • Build client relationships and partner with sales reps on growth strategies.
  • Maintain showroom displays, wings, and sample inventory.
  • Oversee daily operations : order entry, stock checks, and expense tracking.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring HR compliance.
  • Keep the showroom environment clean, organized, and inspiring.

What Were Looking For

  • 3+ years of management or supervisory experience (design or retail preferred).
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and deliver excellent client service.
  • Comfort with computers and showroom operations.
  • Passion for design and interiors; textile knowledge a plus.
