- Key Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team. - Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. - Monitor patient care activities to ensure safety and effectiveness. - Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to enhance patient care strategies. - Manage nursing budgets and allocate resources efficiently. - Conduct performance reviews and develop professional development programs for nursing staff. - Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Masters degree preferred. - Current nursing license in Ohio. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role. - Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to make sound decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
