Lead Server

Castell’s is an elevated Italian dining experience in the heart of Gravesend — where precision, warmth, and genuine hospitality come together nightly. We’re looking for a Lead Server to join our team — someone who takes pride in great service, moves with purpose, and can quietly lead a room.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example on the floor, setting the pace and tone for service.

Anticipate guest needs and ensure each table receives genuine, attentive care.

Support the team during peak service — from running food and wine to coaching newer servers.

Communicate seamlessly with management, kitchen, and bar to keep service flowing.

Help train and uphold Castell’s service standards.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years in upscale or fine dining service.

Strong table presence with natural grace and confidence.

Deep knowledge of food, wine, and sequence of service.

Calm under pressure, proactive, and detail-driven.

A genuine passion for hospitality — not just serving.
