About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Partner Growth to join its mission of revolutionizing the M&A marketplace. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the supply side of the business, including supply acquisition, broker and owner relationships, and listing quality. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term supply roadmap, defining the economic model, and launching new programs to enhance the marketplace. The VP of Partner Growth will also be instrumental in the strategic development of the business, balancing growth and quality, and driving the company's OKRs and roadmap planning. Candidates for this role should have 5-8+ years' experience in ops, strategy, marketplace, or B2B supply-side leadership, with a strong bias for execution in zero-to-one environments. A proven track record of building supply networks or partner ecosystems from scratch is essential, as is the ability to balance analytical instincts with customer empathy. The ideal candidate will have a background in M&A, business brokerage, B2B services, or franchise ops, and experience in a marketplace where trust and quality are paramount. The role requires a doer-thinker who can scale a foundational engine of trust and is comfortable navigating messy data, early tech, and asymmetric information.
