The Salesforce Director will be in charge of the company's Salesforce strategy and operations. They will be in charge of designing, building, and deploying solutions that use the Salesforce platform. This high-level job is in charge of making sure the platform meets business goals, streamlining workflows, handling integrations, and getting users to use it and get a return on investment (ROI). The best candidate is a visionary leader who knows a lot about technology, has proven management skills, and knows a lot about CRM best practices.
Duties :
Make and carry out the organization's Salesforce strategy, making sure it fits with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and guide a group of Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts, and project managers.
Manage the setup, installation, and upkeep of Salesforce solutions like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom apps.
Oversee how Salesforce works with other business apps and platforms.
Work with teams from different departments to get business needs and turn them into Salesforce solutions that can grow with the business.
Make sure that the data is safe, correct, and follows all rules and regulations.
Use good change management, training, and support programs to get people to use your product.
Keep an eye on key performance indicators and make reports for leaders to help them make decisions.
Stay up to date on Salesforce platform updates, releases, and trends, and suggest improvements.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and keep an eye on the budget for Salesforce projects.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
2 or more years of experience using Salesforce, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership or management role
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales / Service Cloud Consultant, or Architect, are strongly preferred.
Showed that you know how to set up, customize, integrate, and manage data in Salesforce.
Experience managing big Salesforce migrations and implementations
A lot of experience with CRM best practices, optimizing business processes, and data governance
Great skills in leadership, communication, and getting along with others
Experience with Agile or similar methods and proven project management skills
Being able to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
A focus on results, an analytical mind, and a lot of attention to detail
Pay and Benefits :
Salary : $140,000 to $210,000 a year, depending on how much experience you have.
