• Mount Ayr, IA - Des Moines, IA 90 miles Full-time, permanent opening Employed position Traditional Family Practice with Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home Must be board certified unless recently trained Salary / Guarantee : $250,000 guaranteed for 3 year initial term contract Production Bonus : $70 / hour for covering the ED after 5pm and on weekends Signing Bonus : Negotiable Relocation : Paid $10,000-$15,000 Student Loan Repayment : Negotiable Malpractice : Paid Other benefits : IPERS, short and long term disability, health, vision, dental, cell phone, 457b plan, life insurance, $5,000 CME allowance, 280 hours PTO based on 4 ten hour day work week = 7 weeks
