Responsibilities
As the Quality Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and control processes across all aspects of our medical equipment repair and service operations. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our services. This position will also audit the QMS relevant documentation per the requirements of ISO 9001 (or other pertinent standards to which the management system must comply). In addition, the QA Manager will confirm that iMedical Healthcare Solutions operations follow the scope, guidelines and objectives laid out in that documentation. Must have an understanding of what an ISO 9001 : 2015 audit is and knows how to plan, conduct, and submit reports in compliance.
