Are you a talented Technical Writer looking to make a significant impact in the defense sector? Join JRC's Missiles and Space Team and contribute to the success of the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS). We are seeking a motivated individual to assist the NWS program lead at the Pittsfield Detachment of the Program Management Office Shipboard Systems Office (PMOSSP).

As a Technical Writer with JRC, you will…

• Develop, manage, and maintain a wide range of technical documentation for various systems.
• Provide comprehensive program planning and management for technical data elements.
• Assist in establishing policies, procedures, and methods for managing design disclosure documentation and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with other personnel to manage technical data packages, including new drawing packages and changes to existing ones.
• Write, edit, and coordinate reviews of technical and procedural documents.
• Participate in the development of standards and processes.
• Review technical design packages and formulate system recommendations to ensure new designs support end users.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality, quantity, and procedural matters related to technical documentation.
• Assist with planning and preparation of testing efforts for program and documentation deliverables.
• Support the Program Manager with technical editing and program support tasks.
