Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details : \n

  • Work mid-shift hours from 11 : 00 AM to 11 : 00 PM

    • \n

  • Provide professional nursing care through application of nursing skills and processes

    • \n

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate patient's plan of care

    • \n

  • Serve as primary caregiver providing direct patient care

    • \n

  • Work collaboratively with care team members, physicians, and patient / family to achieve optimal outcomes

    • \n

  • Work under direct supervision of Nurse Manager and indirect supervision of Director of Nursing

    • \n

  • Must reside outside a 60-mile radius

    • \n

  • Required certifications : BLS / RQI quarterly and NIH within 90 days of hire and yearly

    • \n

  • EKG course, code violet (CPI) required within 6 months of hire

    • \n

  • Current Ohio RN license required

    • \n

  • CPR certification required

    • \n

  • De-escalation training required within 6 months
