Responsibilities :
- Provide quality customer service to current residential and commercial clients
- Dispatch and schedule field service technicians for installations, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Research and provide resolutions / solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Update account information
- Take and close basic sales requests
- Verify sales and service paperwork
- General data entry and administrative paperwork
- Troubleshoot system errors / issues
Requirements :
2 years of Experience with customer service , or technician dispatching in a similar industryThe desire to build relationships with clients, provide, and suggest helpful technical and service-related solutions and suggestionsComfortable with the responsibility of answering, directing, and managing incoming calls from clients and company employeesExcellent organizational and data-entry skillsBenefits :
