PRIMARY FUNCTION

Yulista is looking for a Business Analyst (Technical Systems) to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in Huntsville, AL.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide mid-level SharePoint admin expertise and technical oversight to projects.

Assist Project Lead with researching issues and providing customer service as a business liaison.

Research and evaluate tools to understand their application and effects across the organization, in order to suggest improvement, requirement, or other efficiencies that might be employed in the tools.

Provide metrics and report findings to the customer prior to events or meetings.

Participate in the creation and review of technical documentation to validate decisions or recommend alternative courses of action.

Provide IT expertise based on their qualifications for system development lifecycle and related development methodologies, to include spiral and agile.

Assist the customer in prioritizing user requirements and bug or defect repair issues and user requirements for new functionality.

Assist the customer in managing the tasks to support IT system(s) assigned and represent the program for at least simple tasks if the customer is absent. This includes items such as representing the customer in meetings, sending emails to further the project, and requesting tasks, efforts, and progress be made if approved beforehand.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES :

Intermediate level experience with MS Office suite, with focus on Excel and PowerPoint required.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills as well as the abilities to document and brief.

Must be able to multi-task and compile information from multiple sources / locations and present in a singular format both written and orally.

Demonstrated knowledge of database design, infrastructure, and search; and

Demonstrated knowledge of workflow management and business process mapping.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of 2 years documented and demonstrated experience in a technical role.

At least one (1) year of IT Project Management or Systems Engineering experience

At least one (1) year of IT infrastructure and Lifecycle Management experience with the FBI or equivalent Federal agency

Must be a US Citizen

Must possess and maintain a current Top Secret (TS) Clearance

Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
