Perched on the corner of Norwest Boulevard, our spacious 4,651 sqm Norwest club is your go-to location for work, rest and play in the Hills District. Inside you\'ll find 5 large studios for classes including Reformer Pilates, Grid Training (HIIT), Yoga, Cycle, Barre (and more), a large open gym with Technogym equipment, a sparkling 25m swimming pool, spa and sauna, indoor climbing wall, luxury changeroom amenities, Club-V creche facilities and our Swimsters swim school for the kids, and a bright café for unwinding post-workout.

Your gig :

• youll plan and prepare work schedules and assign crew members to specific duties
• youll provide leadership, coaching and motivate crew members
• youll maintain appropriate stock levels through ordering, receiving and rotation processes
• youll execute sales promotion activities and direct merchandise displays
• youll monitor expenditure of all costs within the store ensuring budgets are adhered to
• youll recruit and interview all general crew and cashiers in line with Kauai recruitment processes
• youll ensure all store staff are trained and supported in assigned areas and implement correct training procedures to be followed in store
• youll identify and address any gaps / concerns through store audits
• youll assist the Store Manager in daily banking
• youll always find ways to give our members that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpected.
