Hot need for Physician with geriatrics experience for FT 90 day contract.

Details :

• Location : Lawndale, CA (Los Angeles)
• Specialty : Geriatrics MD / DO
• Certifications Required :
• BC or BE, BLS,DEA, CA License
• Experience : At least 1 to 2 years of experience
• Type of Need : Locums (90-day duration)
• Start Date : ASAP (Credentialing process : 15-30 days)
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
• 3 days / week at West LA location (3711 S. LaBrea Ave)
• 2 days / week at Lawndale location (15230 Hawthorne Blvd)
• On-call / Callback : None
• Travel / Lodging : Local (drive-in only)
• Cases / Procedures : Primary Care, chronic care management
• Patient Volume : Approximately 10 patients / day
• EMR System : Practice Velocity
• MPR Vertical Specific Information :
• BC / BE Family Med or Internal Med
• Primary care, chronic care, and medication management for a fragile population
