Outsource Task Supervisor

A company is looking for an Outsource Task Supervisor to oversee team activities and ensure adherence to operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage task processes and workflows to ensure timely resolution based on client guidelines

Participate in the maintenance and implementation of department technology and training

Assist in managing budgetary goals and team performance, including adherence to SLAs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

3-5 years of tax service and / or loan service experience or 12-18 months as an Outsourcing Services Lead

Excellent leadership skills

Extensive knowledge of tax service and loan service operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
