Position Summary :
Our Texas healthcare facility seeks a dedicated Medical Director to oversee and coordinate the clinical activities of our PACE team, including providing high-quality geriatric care.
Practice Details and Responsibilities :
- Conduct performance evaluations, oversee participant care, and ensure adherence to medical standards and compliance
- Collaborate with executives, manage clinical outcomes, and supervise healthcare personnel
- Oversee pharmacy services, manage relationships with subspecialty contractors, and screen / negotiate with potential medical staff
- Implement and manage Quality Improvement and Utilization Management programs to optimize outcomes
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMNo weekend duties

Medical Director experience is preferred, but interim or earlier leadership roles consideredProficiency in Spanish preferred
