Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimator for our Electrical Construction projects in the healthcare sector, specifically focusing on hospitals. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in evaluating project costs, ensuring accuracy, and contributing to the successful delivery of electrical systems in hospital environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects in hospitals.
• Analyze project documents and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
• Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and gather data for cost assessments.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals and provide recommendations for project execution.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
• Utilize estimating software to enhance accuracy and efficiency in the estimating process.
