Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time BCBA to support elementary students across two school sites in Glendale Heights, IL. Occasional consults at the middle school may be required.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Support students across multiple school sites
Collaborate with families and school staff on behavioral goals
Qualifications :
Active BCBA certification
Illinois Behavior Analyst license
Experience working in school settings preferred
Ability to consult at multiple school sites, including occasional middle school support
