About The Role

As a Mid-Market SDR at Doss you will be the tip of the spear in our GTM motion. You will be testing out new messaging, breaking into up-market accounts, and building the playbook as you go. You will have a real impact on our pipeline and revenue goals. The SDR team is a critical part of our growth engine. You have the opportunity to drive impact immediately and move into a closing role very quickly.

This is a sales role.

Almost all of your time will be spent prospecting and selling.

We're a sales-led-growth business.

Our product is not pure PLG or PLS. The bottom line is that we won't make money unless you sell our product.

Responsibilities

Lead generation, qualification, and booking demos : Proactively identify, engage, and book demos with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, our website, and in-person networking events.

Work leads generated from our growth marketing efforts.

Multi-thread accounts to get to the decision makers.

Collaborate with the growth and sales team to refine prospect targeting and messaging.

Achieve and push the limits of your quota and growth objectives.

What You're Good At

Working insanely hard. You make things happen.

Pattern-matching and operating off very little information.

Proficient with or able to quickly learn CRM and other sales tools.

Working independently and able to build from the ground up.

Top 1% energy levels. You love talking and listening to people.

As the team grows, this role will change and you'll get to choose whether you want to gravitate more towards :

An AE role which will be focused on expanding our ICP up-market (increasing ACVs).

A SDR Manager role that will be focused on scaling the org, team building, hiring, sales ops.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $85k-$105k.

All compensation packages include equity because we believe employees building Doss deserve ownership. Salary and equity offered will be determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
