We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a locum tenens assignment in Louisiana starting Jan 16, 2026. This is a 4-day assignment providing 24-hour call coverage on sporadic weekends, supporting ongoing scheduling gaps. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both cardiac and thoracic cases, including procedures involving lungs and hearts.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver high-quality patient care during 24-hour call shifts
  • Collaborate with facility staff to address gaps in coverage
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
