A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support their sales team with training and resources.
Key Responsibilities
Review sales call recordings and collect feedback from Sales Leadership
Partner with Product Marketing to create and deliver sales enablement materials
Lead live training sessions and provide ongoing coaching for AEs and SDRs
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or Sales
Exposure to B2B SaaS, technology, or marketing services is a plus
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to analyze sales interactions and translate insights into actionable needs
