Technical Writer

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain documentation for platform tools and services in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain internal documentation for platform tools, services, and workflows

Collaborate with engineers to translate complex systems into clear, usable content

Organize and manage internal knowledge bases and advocate for clarity in technical communication

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in engineering or DevOps environments

Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely

Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, and containers

Experience with documentation tools and platforms (e.g., Markdown, GitHub, Confluence)

Understanding of developer workflows and internal tooling
