Patient Ratios : procedural 4 staff / case

On Call Required (Y / N) : Yes - to meet the needs of the department

Rotation Schedule :

Experience Preferences : (in addition to the required 2 yrs)

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS

Shift Hours : 10 hr (07-1730)

Weekend Requirements : on call only
