Currently Hiring Experienced CNC Machinists in Colorado Springs

Pay Range : $25.00 – $38.00 per hour

Shift Options :

1st Shift : Monday – Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM
2nd Shift : Monday – Thursday, 2 : 15 PM – 12 : 45 AM (includes 10% shift differential)

Position Overview

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join a high-performance team working on advanced machining projects. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy hands-on work with state-of-the-art equipment, solving complex challenges, and contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC and manual machines, including Haas Lathe, Feeler, G&L, Femco Vertical Mills, and Femco HBC

Perform prototype machining, R&D, and reverse engineering

Set up, troubleshoot, and optimize machines for maximum efficiency

Inspect finished parts to ensure high precision and quality standards

Conduct routine maintenance to keep machines in top condition

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Track job costs and ensure projects stay within budget

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior machinists

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a machine shop environment

Strong lathe operation and machining skills

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints

Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00 / hr.
