Key Responsibilities
Responds to phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing resolutions within established standards
Performs research during and after calls to resolve problems and inquiries
Documents call notes accurately and maintains required performance metrics
Required Qualifications
1+ year of previous high-volume Call Center experience
High School diploma or equivalent
One year of High Touch Customer Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work is preferred, but not required
Flexibility regarding schedule and daily duties
