Job Description

Oversee all phases of development and construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, timeline, and quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and progress reports. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and permitting requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and team performance.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management within real estate development or construction. Must have proven experience managing Multi-Family residential projects. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera). PMP or similar certification is a plus.
