Responsibilities

Coordinates daily assignment of mobile units within respective areas of responsibility
Determines and communicates to the Donor Services supervisor / designee the long and short-range staffing availability
Acts as the primary point of contact for Donor Services employees assigned to specific collection areas with regard to PTO requests or any other special scheduling exemptions
Ensures that an adequate pool of available Donor Services employees is available on a week-by-week basis to support pending blood drives.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
High School diploma or equivalent and one to two years general office experience.
